Moondance

The moon’s cool hand paints a silhouette; tangled limbs in silver.

Two hearts, embers flickering. Broken wings finding solace.

Every touch, a secret whispered. Every kiss, a promise etched.

A sleepy smile graces your lips; is there anything more beautiful than this?

Not to me.

We are tethered; creating roots in unwavering hope.

Through the night, we turn as one; petals unfurling.

Whispered sighs blending into melody,
A story waiting to be told.
